By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are a placeholder and will be replaced with our official agreement before we accept public clients.

We design and build websites and web applications for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your individual quote or agreement. Ongoing care plans are billed on the cycle you choose and can be cancelled per the terms of that plan.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website — the design, the content you provided, and your domain. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We work hard to deliver great results, but our services are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable agreement. Any fees for work already completed remain payable.
